  1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.

  • The store reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.

  1. Delivery

  • Delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain takes approximately 1–3 business days.

  • If a shipment cannot be received, a second delivery arrangement will be made only once.

  • The signature of the customer or an authorized representative will be considered confirmation that the order has been received in full.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Returns are not accepted for customized or opened products.

  • Any defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
